PARTICIPATION

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of Vandermeer Hair and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. The competition commences at 3:00pm (AEST) on June 6 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on June 13, 2024 (7 days).

  2. The winner will be selected and contacted on June 14 via direct message from the @vandermeerhair Instagram account.

  3. The selected winner will receive an Indulgent Hair Spa Treatment with Darren, valued at $280.

  4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be taken as cash. Bookings are subject to availability and must be made within 3 months from the date of issue.

  5. The prize includes only what is specified in the prize package outlined in the Terms and Conditions and does not include any additional services such as colour, cut, or any other services. All such costs are the responsibility of the winner.

  6. To enter, individuals must complete the following entry method during the Entry Period:

    – Tag your friends in the comments for multiple entries

  7. It is a condition of entry that Vandermeer Hair has the right to publicise, broadcast, and communicate to the public the names, characters, likenesses, or voices of entrants for any promotion or matter incidental to the Promotion. All entrants accept and permit the use of this information on any medium.

  8. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by Vandermeer Hair, then the prize will be forfeited.
